OUR OBJECTIVES

This blog has been created to show the process of learning a foreign language through some activities two teachers from different counties will carry out with their students during the school year 2013-14.
The teachers'  names and the schools where they work are:
Ciara Rock:  Salesian College Copsewood, Co Limerick (Ireland)
Marta Fernández Meneses: IES Cuatro Caminos, Don Benito (Spain)

The objectives of this eTwinning Project are:
To encourage students to make connections with people from a different corner of the world, to respect differences and hopefully, to gain wisdom.
To develop their interest and ability in real communication in a foreign language, and become aware of its usefulness.
To increase our skills in using new technologies.
To broaden our knowledge of other European cultures, countries, customs, and realities.
To work together on topics that are formative from the point of view of a teenager in his/her period of formation as a European citizen, but, most of all, as a responsible young adult.
